Led by renowned textile designer and handweaver Liz Christy, our group tours are perfect for diverse groups of all focuses, ages, and interests—including women’s groups and mens sheds. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and aromas of a living hand-weaving workshop, and witness the creation of colourful, wearable textiles designed to engage and inspire every visitor.

School Tours
Our School Tours are relevant to Primary School children in 5th and 6th Class. Secondary School student studying Art, Home Economics and Business Studies benefit from the tour experience. Transition Year Students may also find the studios interesting and we at times arrange work experience. Pre-booking is essential. Maximum number of students is 20 per tour. Textile and Fashion students may apply for work experience at Liz Christy Studios.
