STRIPE is used to process Credit card payments. We do not have access to the customer’s payment details
We accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit card through PayPal – choose the PayPal option and then find ‘pay by credit card’.
Buyers outside of the EU are responsible for paying their own customs fees.
Items are generally shipped within 5 working days of receipt of payment. However, we do not go to the post office every day. We are a rural-based business and as part of our sustainability policy, we keep travel to a minimum, thus we do our posting weekly.
If an item purchased is out of stock, but scheduled to be made, the customer will be notified and given the option to confirm backorder or receive a refund.
Liz Christy Scarves are shipped by ‘AnPost’ Registered Mail with tracking. This is a more expensive option and will be estimated based on the weight of the package. There is free shipping on orders over €60 in the Republic of Ireland only.
Shipping of LizzyC Sheep is by ‘AnPost’ Standard Airmail, with from 5 to 15 working days delivery time depending on location. There is no tracking with ‘AnPost’ Standard Airmail.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 21 days of the shipped date. Please contact me before returning the item. You will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, provided the item has not been worn or damaged. It must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping costs.
Colours are calibrated in the photography to replicate our products, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours you see, as all screens vary.
The Liz Christy scarf you see in the image is similar to the one you will receive. While I repeat colours, each scarf is individually crafted with hand-dyed yarn so no two are identical. Even when two hanks are dyed using the same recipe, at the same time, they will be different. I guarantee that every hank of wool is different, and this is a feature which makes my scarves truly unique.
The LizzyC Sheep are crafted in batches using the same hand-dyed wool, therefore the one you receive may differ slightly in markings from the one photographed.
